species, there’s almost nothing we like as much as a well-told story.
Reporters
are taught to wade through a lot of information, searching for the
story. My background in journalism and feature writing means I’m always
on the lookout for two things: What’s the story and how can I best tell
it?
It’s not that different in business. Whether you’re
talking about a person, a business, or a product, there’s a story
waiting to be told. Potential customers are waiting to be wooed,
captivated, and compelled to act. Those could be your customers,
